📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily airfreight operations, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with international regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues and streamline processes.
• Monitor and optimize airfreight costs, ensuring profitability and competitive pricing.
• Leverage SAP and Cargowise to manage freight schedules, track shipments, and generate reports.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with IATA, ICAO, and other relevant regulations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive business growth and achieve key performance indicators.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in airfreight operations, preferably in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing high-impact airfreight operations and driving efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of international airfreight regulations, including IATA and ICAO.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with SAP and Cargowise, or similar logistics software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
