Bright Camp Abadi is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Captain to join our team in Seminyak. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Captain in managing the camp's operations, ensuring the safety and well-being of campers, and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of Rp 2.000.000 – Rp 5.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in planning and organizing camp activities and events.,Ensure the safety and well-being of campers by enforcing camp rules and regulations.,Provide excellent customer service to campers, parents, and staff.,Maintain a clean and organized camp environment.,Assist in managing camp finances, including budgeting and expense tracking.,Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth camp operations.,Handle camp communications, including sending newsletters and updates to campers and parents.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new camp staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the camping or outdoor education industry.,Knowledge of camp safety regulations and first aid.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Previous experience working with children or young adults is a plus.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
