📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies to meet the needs of our clients.,Support the recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain and update job descriptions and ensure they are aligned with organizational goals.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated into the team effectively.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development of training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Support the development of talent pipelines to ensure a continuous supply of qualified candidates.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
