๐ Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide daily care and support to clients, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Assist clients with mobility and daily activities to ensure their comfort and independence.
- Monitor and report on clients' health and well-being, documenting any changes or concerns.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a sense of connection and security.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and social workers to ensure comprehensive care plans are implemented.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new developments in caregiving.
- Adapt to the unique needs and preferences of each client, providing personalized care and support.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients, ensuring their safety and comfort.
๐ Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in caregiving, healthcare assistance, or a related field.
- Certification in basic first aid and CPR (e.g., Red Cross First Aid, BLS).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with elderly care, disability support, or chronic illness management is a plus.
- Fluent in English, with additional language skills (e.g., Mandarin, Malay) being an asset.
- Valid work permit and visa for international placements in Singapore and Malaysia.
- Willingness to travel and relocate for placement opportunities.
