Join Mary Grace Cafe as a Field Fund Associate and play a pivotal role in managing financial operations across our vibrant store network in Bali. As a Field Fund Associate, you'll be on the front lines, ensuring smooth daily transactions and maintaining accurate financial records. In this role, you'll work closely with our team of cashiers, managers, and accountants to ensure that all financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. You'll be responsible for reconciling daily cash deposits, verifying sales reports, and assisting with inventory management. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be crucial in maintaining the financial integrity of our stores. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and reconcile daily cash deposits from all stores to ensure accurate financial records.
• Assist cashiers in processing transactions and verifying sales reports.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock management.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to prepare and submit monthly financial reports.
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies in financial transactions promptly.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality in handling financial data.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance financial management skills.
• Support the store managers in maintaining compliance with financial regulations and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial or administrative role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for financial calculations and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and managers.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus.
• Ability to travel between store locations as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
