Crown New Mandiri is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Ubud, Bali. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR function by assisting with various HR activities. This is an urgent position, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits and compensation.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Conduct employee orientation and training sessions.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee relations and conflict resolution.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and databases.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with the Indonesian labor market and employment laws is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
