📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Assist in performance management and employee development.,Conduct regular HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement.,Support the HR team in other administrative tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment processes and employee relations.,Knowledge of performance management and employee development.
