We are currently seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Palembang. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Indonesia Freight, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to support our company's growth and success. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback on candidates.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring partners.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
