📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and scheduling of fleet operations.,Monitor and track vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve any issues.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation.,Support in the planning and execution of fleet-related projects.,Provide administrative support to the Fleet Manager.,Assist in the training and development of new fleet coordinators.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
