Bright Link Nusantara is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Head Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement menus that align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and service.,Manage inventory and purchasing to ensure optimal kitchen efficiency and cost control.,Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute special events or promotions.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to hygiene and sanitation standards.,Ensure all food preparations meet health and safety regulations.,Monitor food costs and implement strategies to control expenses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, menu planning, and food safety regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and train staff.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred.,Must be fluent in English and Indonesian.
