Inter Island Group is seeking a dedicated Security Executive Trainee to join our team in Bali. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the security industry while working in one of the world's most beautiful destinations.

As a Security Executive Trainee, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests and employees. You will work closely with our security team to ensure that all security protocols are followed and that any potential threats are identified and addressed.

This is a full-time position located in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, Bali. The salary range for this position is USD 2100 - 2600.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Patrolling and monitoring the property to ensure the safety of guests and employees.
  • Conducting regular security checks and inspections.
  • Responding to any security incidents or emergencies.
  • Assisting in the training and development of new security staff.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date security records.
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the property.
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Promoting a positive and professional image of the company.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in the security industry is a plus but not required.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous activities.
  • Valid driver's license is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
