📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure we attract and retain top talent.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with the company's goals and values.,Manage employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support.,Conduct regular HR audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related issues and concerns.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with HR best practices and industry trends.
