📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and develop MEP systems for sustainable hospitality projects, including hotels, resorts, and spas.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Oversee the installation and commissioning of MEP systems, ensuring they meet project specifications and quality standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams.
  • Conduct energy audits and recommend energy-efficient solutions to reduce the environmental impact of projects.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the MEP engineering field.
  • Contribute to the development of sustainable and innovative engineering solutions.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP engineering, with a focus on sustainable hospitality projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software.
  • Strong understanding of sustainable design principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Valid professional engineering license (preferred).
