📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial relations, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record in managing employee relations and conflict resolution.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software.,Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
