📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media content strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Create high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.,Monitor and analyze social media performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our social media content is consistent with our brand voice and messaging.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Manage and grow our social media following through targeted campaigns and promotions.,Measure the success of our social media efforts through key performance indicators (KPIs).

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,At least 2 years of experience in social media content creation and management.,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.,Proficient in using social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva is a plus.
