Toko Anggi Sembako is looking for a Technical Writer to join our team. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documents that support our products and services. This is an immediate opening, so if you are passionate about writing and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you will work closely with our engineering and product teams to ensure that our technical documentation is accurate, clear, and user-friendly. You will also be responsible for reviewing and updating existing documents to ensure they are up-to-date and relevant.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and maintain technical documents for our products and services
  • Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure accuracy and clarity
  • Review and update existing documents to ensure they are up-to-date and relevant
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create user guides and other materials
  • Ensure that all technical documents are compliant with industry standards and regulations
  • Provide technical writing training and support to other team members as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing
  • Participate in product development and improvement initiatives

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare or Adobe FrameMaker
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
