Sentral Indra Digital is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. If you have a passion for learning and development, and a knack for creating engaging training materials, we want to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online courses.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure effective knowledge transfer.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads to understand training needs and align programs with business goals.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees, including conducting interviews and training new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Certification in training and development is a plus.
