Accountant (Group Consolidation) - 12-Month Contract (Remote from Bali)

Join Mapletree Investments, a leading global real estate company, as an Accountant (Group Consolidation) on a 12-month contract. This remote role allows you to work from the vibrant locations of Bali while contributing to high-impact financial reporting and consolidation processes for the company's diverse portfolio of assets across Indonesia and the Asia Pacific region.

In this role, you will work closely with the Finance team to ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. You will also play a key role in the group consolidation process, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards and maintaining the integrity of the company's financial data.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the group entities.
• Conduct group consolidation using SAP and other financial software tools.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and regulatory requirements.
• Perform variance analysis and provide insights to support financial decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of management reports and financial dashboards.
• Provide ad-hoc financial support to the Finance team as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and supporting documentation.
• Participate in financial audits and internal reviews as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a group consolidation role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and accounting principles.
• Proficient in using SAP and other financial software tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
