Village Link Lestari is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Telemarketing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information about our products and services, and assisting in the sales process. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Answering and directing customer inquiries via phone,Providing information about products and services,Assisting in the sales process by qualifying leads and scheduling appointments,Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions,Following up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction,Assisting in the development and implementation of telemarketing strategies,Collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets,Providing feedback on customer needs and preferences

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or customer service,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Passionate about customer service and sales
