📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage a specific section within the organization.,Develop and implement strategies to improve section performance and efficiency.,Coordinate with team members to ensure that tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and support as needed.,Ensure that all section operations comply with company policies and procedures.,Represent the section at meetings and events, both internally and externally.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement any relevant changes within the section.,Work closely with the Section Head to ensure that section goals are met and that the section contributes to the overall success of the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to travel within Indonesia as required.
