🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR performance analysis and improvement.
• Proficient in Mandarin language (both spoken and written).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
