Easy Urban Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for our operations. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility and a dynamic work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and available for operations.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to schedule vehicle usage and maintenance.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption, and report any issues to the maintenance team.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Assist in the preparation of monthly fleet reports and other administrative tasks.,Provide excellent customer service to drivers and other stakeholders.,Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.,Any other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
