As a Junior Nurse, you will be responsible for providing quality patient care and supporting the nursing team in delivering exceptional healthcare services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the provision of direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Document patient information accurately and maintain patient records.,Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the nursing unit, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment.,Support the nursing team in patient education and health promotion activities.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the nursing unit's quality improvement initiatives.,Assist in the management of patient admissions and discharges, including coordinating with other healthcare professionals.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with infection control protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent.,Familiarity with Indonesian nursing standards and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a plus.,Valid nursing license and certification to practice in Indonesia.

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic medical knowledge and skills.Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.Understanding of infection control and safety protocols.Ability to work shiftsincluding nightsweekendsand holidays.Willingness to learn and grow in a professional setting.
