📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Leading and mentoring a team of Quality Control Inspectors.
• Overseeing the quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conducting regular inspections to assess product quality and identify any issues.
• Implementing corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent their recurrence.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure that quality control measures are integrated into production processes.
• Providing training and development opportunities for the team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date quality control records and reports.
• Ensuring that all quality control activities are documented and audited for compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control, with a proven track record in leading a team.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in using quality control software and tools.
• Certifications in quality control or related fields are a plus.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
