Base Bay Dinamis is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth operations in our store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and cash handling, along with excellent communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Handle cash and electronic payments securely.,Assist in inventory management and restocking.,Train and supervise junior staff members.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and cashier roles.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Valid ID and work permit for Bontang, Kalimantan Timur.
