📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the accounting department, including a team of accountants.,Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and compliance with GAAP and local regulations.,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.,Provide guidance and training to junior accountants.,Manage relationships with external auditors and tax authorities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with the last 3 years in a leadership role.,Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
