📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, and other desserts.,Create and develop new pastry recipes to keep our menu fresh and exciting.,Ensure that all pastries are of the highest quality and meet our customers' expectations.,Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate pastry production and ensure timely delivery.,Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following all health and safety guidelines.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in pastry making.,Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure consistent quality and service.,Manage inventory and ensure that all ingredients are properly stocked and used efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of creating delicious and innovative pastry dishes.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with health and safety guidelines in the food service industry.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.,Passion for baking and a keen eye for detail.
