📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards.,Train and mentor production staff to improve performance and productivity.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production workflow.,Manage inventory and ensure adequate supply of raw materials.,Implement and monitor production improvement initiatives.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with production software and tools.,Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.,Ability to travel for business purposes when required.
