📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with company goals.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job posting, candidate communication, and onboarding.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics to stakeholders.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of the local job market and recruitment practices in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven ability to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
