📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Plan, organize, and execute high-profile events, both in-person and virtual, that align with the brand's vision and values.
  • Develop and implement creative event concepts that tell the brand's story and engage the target audience.
  • Manage all aspects of event planning, including budgeting, vendor coordination, and logistics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Work with external partners and vendors to secure the best resources and services for our events.
  • Measure event success and provide insights and recommendations for future events.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in event management and storytelling.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management, with a proven track record of successful event execution.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Proficient in event planning software and tools, such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Experience in hybrid event planning, including both in-person and virtual components.
  • Familiarity with the Indonesian market and its unique cultural nuances is a plus.
