📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of store staff, providing leadership and support to achieve sales targets.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase store visibility and sales.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to drive store performance and growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a senior management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
