📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction with our banking services.,Handle financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.,Assist clients with account inquiries, balance checks, and other banking needs.,Maintain the confidentiality and security of client information and transactions.,Follow bank policies and procedures, and adhere to regulatory requirements.,Monitor and report any suspicious activities or transactions to the appropriate authorities.,Perform cash handling duties, including counting and reconciling cash deposits and withdrawals.,Collaborate with other departments, such as loan officers and customer service representatives, to ensure a seamless banking experience for clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a banking or customer service role is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of banking products and services.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using basic banking software and systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian banking regulations and policies.
