As the General Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, driving sales, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store, from staffing and training to inventory management and marketing.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily operations of the store to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Drive sales and profitability by implementing effective marketing strategies and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Manage inventory and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the corporate office to implement new initiatives and improvements.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the foodservice industry, preferably in a management or supervisory position.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales.
  • Strong understanding of food safety and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in food safety or management a plus.
