📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging and effective chemistry lessons tailored to the needs of high-achieving students
• Mentor and guide students in advanced chemistry topics, including organic, inorganic, and physical chemistry
• Prepare students for national and international chemistry competitions, such as the Indonesian Chemistry Olympiad and the International Chemistry Olympiad
• Design and implement curriculum that aligns with national and international standards, and incorporates the latest teaching methodologies and technologies
• Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their performance and achieve their academic goals
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a well-rounded and holistic education for students
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in the field of chemistry, and incorporate new knowledge and skills into teaching practice
• Participate in professional development activities and workshops to enhance teaching skills and knowledge

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching chemistry at the high school or university level
• Strong knowledge of advanced chemistry topics, including organic, inorganic, and physical chemistry
• Experience in preparing students for national and international chemistry competitions, such as the Indonesian Chemistry Olympiad and the International Chemistry Olympiad
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English
• Valid teaching certification or license, as required by the Indonesian government
