📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage financial records and ensure accuracy of accounting data.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for management.
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Support employee relations and HR administrative tasks.
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the finance and HR departments.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies.
- Contribute to the overall financial health and operational efficiency of the company.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or HR.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Previous experience in a dual-role position is a strong asset.
