📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure solutions, including cloud, virtualization, and network configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality IT solutions that meet client requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to enhance our solutions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and clients.
• Participate in the Engineer Academy Program, including mentorship, training, and professional development opportunities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes and procedures.
• Document technical specifications, procedures, and best practices for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in IT infrastructure or solutions engineering.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Proficiency in virtualization technologies like VMware.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and experience with Cisco equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
