📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze security alerts and incidents using SIEM systems such as Splunk and QRadar.
• Conduct thorough investigations to identify the root cause of security incidents and implement appropriate remediation measures.
• Develop and maintain security operation procedures and documentation.
• Collaborate with the incident response team to contain and mitigate security breaches.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats and trends, and apply this knowledge to enhance Xiaomi's security posture.
• Provide security awareness training and guidance to employees.
• Work closely with the development and IT teams to ensure the security of Xiaomi's products and services.
• Participate in security audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on Security Operations.
• Knowledge of SIEM systems, IDS/IPS, and threat intelligence platforms.
• Familiarity with security operation best practices and frameworks, such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
