📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure that our products are always in stock and meet customer demands.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms for our products.
• Monitor market trends and competition to ensure that our products remain competitive and attractive to customers.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that our products are promoted effectively and meet customer expectations.
• Analyze sales data and inventory reports to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
• Ensure that all products meet quality standards and comply with regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce waste and improve efficiency in the purchasing process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a smooth and efficient supply chain.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in merchandise and purchasing, preferably in the performance running industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
