🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in organizational design and change management, with a proven track record of successful initiatives.
• Certification in Organizational Development or Change Management (e.g., PMI-ACP, Prosci, or similar).
• Strong understanding of organizational behavior and psychology.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and organizational design tools (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar).
