You’ll work closely with our team of accountants and financial analysts to provide timely and accurate financial information.

As a Bookkeeper at Brightserve Solutions Inc, you’ll be responsible for recording and organizing financial transactions, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining our accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring that our financial records are up-to-date and accurate.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Record and organize financial transactions using QuickBooks or Xero
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare and submit financial reports to management and external stakeholders
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment processing
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure the accuracy of financial data
• Provide support and guidance to other team members as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field
• Proficient in using QuickBooks or Xero, or similar accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with financial regulations and accounting standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
