Sejati Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC) Manager to join our team in Bali. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient production and distribution of our custom paper packaging products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production planning, inventory management, and a proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet customer demand and company goals.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess inventory.,Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and recommend corrective actions.,Coordinate with sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth production and distribution processes.,Implement inventory control systems and procedures to maintain accurate records and support decision-making.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to production and warehouse staff.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in production planning and inventory control.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in the production process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning and inventory control roles.,Proven experience in managing production and inventory processes in a manufacturing environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in using production planning and inventory control software.,Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
